Our commitment
We want everyone to browse, research, and purchase e-bikes and cycling goods on our website with ease. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the current W3C web standard for accessibility. WCAG 2.2 is organized under the principles Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust with testable success criteria.
Note: WCAG 2.2 is now also published as ISO/IEC 40500:2025, helping governments and organizations formally adopt the same standard.
How we work toward accessibility
-
Standards & techniques. We use WCAG 2.2 guidance and WAI’s “How to Meet WCAG” quick reference when designing, coding, and testing pages and components.
-
Interactive components. For menus, dialogs, carousels, and other widgets, we follow the WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices where appropriate.
-
Legal framework. We recognize duties under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and follow the U.S. Department of Justice’s web accessibility guidance for businesses open to the public.
-
Continuous improvement. We review new and updated pages against WCAG 2.2 (including newer criteria such as focus appearance and target size) and iterate based on findings.
Compatibility & supported technologies
Our site is designed for current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and to work with common assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard-only navigation). Very old browsers or OS versions may not provide the best experience.
Known limitations & third-party content
Some third-party embeds (e.g., maps, payment or shipping widgets, external tracking pages) are outside our codebase and may not fully meet WCAG 2.2. We work with vendors to improve accessibility and offer alternatives where possible (for example, phone or email ordering/support).
Feedback & assistance
If you encounter a barrier on our site, please tell us so we can help and fix it:

When reporting an issue, including the page URL, a brief description, your browser/assistive tech, and any screenshots helps us reproduce it. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Alternative formats & accommodations
If you need information in an alternative format or help placing an order, contact us via phone or email and we will provide an accessible alternative (for example, phone ordering or accessible PDFs) consistent with ADA guidance.
Enforcement & escalation
If we are unable to resolve your concern directly, you may consult the DOJ’s ADA web accessibility guidance for additional routes.
Ongoing review
We treat accessibility as a continuous process. As standards evolve and our website changes, we reassess pages and components against WCAG 2.2 Level AA using a mix of automated checks and manual/assistive-technology testing.
